Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once the booking has been accepted and any required deposit or payment has been received. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the policies outlined on this page.

Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled arrival date
Guests will receive a full refund of all nightly rate cost.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before the scheduled arrival date
Guests will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date
Nightly rates are non-refundable due to the preparation, scheduling, and delivery planning involved in each CozieHaus setup.

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT & DELIVERY FEE, REGARDLESS OF CANCELLATION DATE.

Rescheduling

If plans change, guests may request to reschedule their stay depending on availability. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Approved reschedules may be applied as a credit toward a future date within the same season when possible.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor stays are affected by weather. In most cases, reservations will proceed as scheduled unless conditions make delivery or setup unsafe.

If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent delivery or setup, CozieHaus will work with the guest to reschedule the stay or provide an appropriate credit or refund.

Delivery Limitations

If the selected location becomes inaccessible or unsuitable for camper or AirCamp setup (for example: campground restrictions, site size limitations, or unsafe conditions), CozieHaus will work with the guest to determine an alternative solution when possible.

Changes to Reservations

Guests should contact CozieHaus as soon as possible if changes to a reservation are needed. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments may be subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

No-Shows

If a guest fails to arrive or does not communicate regarding their reservation on the scheduled arrival date, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
